Help please! Someone purchased an item from me and then sent me an email through ebay asking for the shipping cost. I sent an answer back via regular email. No answer. Then I get a paypal payment for item and $10 shipping. Shipping at the very least is 15.90 fed ex. I send another email through ebay thinking she just didn't get my email with all shipping cost possibilities and that I need at least 5.90 more. No answer. Sent another email saying please contact me. No answer. What's the next step? Do I choke on the shipping? Or keep trying to contact?
Thanks!

You could try re-emailing her with a different subject heading as her spam filter may not like the other one.
I would refund her paypal payment and re-invoice her thru paypal for the correct amount.
If it'a a lot of money you could pull her contact information and call her.

Max is your first Name Mean??
Epower, I would refund the PP payment and send them a PP invoice for the correct amount. IF you don't hear from them after that in seven days, THEN you can file a NPB.
