I'm ready to toss my bulky notebook Appointment Planner and get a PDA. I'd like a PDA with eBay auction and e-mail access. I don't care about digital pictures and I don't want a cell phone. I've heard good stories about Palm One PDAs. Any suggestions?

I've been researching this a lot too. It looks like the only Palm PDA that has 802.11b Wireless is the Tungsten C, which is the most expensive model (Naturally) and has that tiny built in keyboard. I'd like to see something like the Tungsten E, but with wi-fi built in.
The other models only have bluetooth, which is not compatible with any of my other equipment.
The new Tungsten T5 looks REALLY nice, at $399, but again, it still only has bluetooth built-in. Sure, you can buy a wi-fi card for $129, but by the time you pay for all that, you're just as well off buying a regular laptop.
And I used to have an IPaq. Never, NEVER again. That's all I'm gonna say about that.

I use a Palm Tungsten W and it's perfect for what you describe. The Tungsten T is wireless but only in "hot spots" with a wireless signal (like Starbucks, which you have to pay for). The W is wireless wherever you are - on the bus, in a boring meeting (!), at the grocery store. It uses both grafiti and a keyboard, which gets very high marks for its functionality. I'm a grafiti person, and have learned to use and like the keyboard. I also bought a Belkin fold-up keyboard that opens to a very comfortable laptop-type keyboard, which I use on the plane to write letters, etc. The Tungsten W comes loaded with a really good web browser and email software - I can easily check my auctions as often as I like.
It was also designed to be used as a phone if you want it for that; I continue to use my Sprint phone, however. I bought mine for $249 from the Palm site, which was a special price if you signed up for a year wireless internet (which you need for web browsing) from AT&T. It runs about $30 to $40 a month for wireless access, which is tax deductible if you have a going business on ebay.
Hope this helps!
