Great minds think alike! I started a thread on this. Seems that even though your debit card is rejected, they are still taking the money out of your account. You have to call PayPal to get the money back. What a crock! Thankfully, I didn't use mine today.

I didn't use my card today either but if the PO hadn't been closed I probably would have.
Two of my last night's closed auctions were paid by PayPal, I guess before the site had it's "difficulties" but the only way I knew was the icon on my eBay page. So I was able to get the buyers mailing addresses.
I think I'll write them a little note and let them know yes, I did receive their payment and will be shipping their packages right out.
