I had some items close and I try to send the buyer an invoice and he is NARUed. What do i do next.
How can ebay NARU someone and not cancel their bids?????

I guess you could send a Second Chance Offer to the underbidder???

A while back I saw a bidder who had gone NARU. Their bids stayed.

Thank your lucky stars they NARU'd him before you had to deal with him. Send the offer to the backup bidder as MsLucy suggested. If the backup does not accept , file for FVF.
