How dumb is this???

1. You can't pay your PayPal Visa with Paypal!

2. Vendio recommends that you do not use your Ebay seller name for your Vendio account, then they try to sell you image water marking which has your Vendio name instead of your seller name.

Is it just me or are these the kind of minor annoyances that "get your goat" somedays???

Yeah and when you pay your ebay bill with paypal - ebay acts like they don't know who paypal is??? What's up with that??
Here's a good one - when paypal was having their major problems the other day, I was able to transfer all my funds out to my checking. Ebay had invoiced me and was ready to take their fees out the next day(which goes against my paypal credit card) so paid them with my ATM card - I added $2.00 extra so I could tell it from the paypal - just in case.
So then ebay charges my paypal anyway and of course gets denied. I get an email from ebay stating that my card was denied and I must make the payment of -$2.00 or my account will be suspended????? Do you think they will be able to comprehend the fact that I don't owe them anything? How do you pay a negective amount?

I would assume Paypal doesn't actually manage the card, they just put their name on it.

I also have a credit card from Amazon.com, and it says "Amazon.com" all over the card. But my monthly statement comes from BankOne or someplace. It's just some kind of branding deal with Amazon.

Target is the same way ! I tried to pay my Target Visa bill at the Target store one time with my Bank check card that has the Visa logo (so you can use it anywhere like a credit card) They said you can't pay your Visa bill with a credit card,I said it's not a credit card it's my checking acct. card. She said it has the Visa logo so it a credit card....I said huh ? OK so I can charge thousands of dollars on it then ? lol She said no...it's only worth what you have in checking . Well duh then it's not really a credit card is it. Sheesh some of the rules they have are kinda silly....but whats even sillier is I can go on line and use the same bank card to make payment.

toasted, how annoying! I sincerely hope that the poor lady (at Target) just didn't know what she was talking about. Who uses checks to shop anymore?! (Or when paying a bill, in the store?)

I've never shopped Target, but aren't they set up to allow the customer to use their PIN number -- so that it would show up as a "Debit" rather than credit? Isn't that what PIN numbers are for....I mean besides getting money from the ATM so I can forget to write it down and thus annoy the spouse.
