They didn't apologize to me after I cleared my paypal out, paid my ebay invoice with another credit card immediately - just to be on the safe side. The next day they tried to take the fees out of paypal anyway and when the money wasn't there, ebay sent me one of their nasty little "your card was denied" emails stated that I owed a NEGATIVE $2.00 (I overpaid by that amount purpose)and if I didn't pay it ....
I called customer service and the first thing they said was "HOW DID YOU GET THIS NUMBER" They could have cared less about my problem.
I did the email request for HELP - and they just keep telling me I paid after my card was denied??? NO I DIDN'T. Oh well - and the FEES GO ON!!

They should have been appologising (sp)on their ANNOUNCEMENT board as it was happening!
We are sorry for any inconviences to a FEW users. We have enhanced the problem and all is well, Day one,Day two, day three, Day four, Day five,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
