Ya know...they can't make up their minds!
I've had a lot of trouble with invoices, payments coming out of my checking account, etc since July.
This past month I waited and waited for that payment to come out of my account, I made sure I had $70 in there to cover it. 2 days ago the payment comes out ~ $6.80. I was stumped! So I went to Live Help and asked them (that takes forever, by the way). They said I made enough "one time payments" through PayPal that all I ended up oweing for the month was $6.80. I was under the impression that once you are invoiced that is what you are charged no matter what. I LIKE what is happening, that if I keep making smaller payments it whittles me down BUT there is no way to be sure that will always happen? My new invoice was $100 and I've already made $20 worth of payments. If I keep that up I'll have it down to nothing when it's due. If I KNOW that's what will happen that will be great, but I dont want them grabbing $100 unexpectedly.
Phew. But I wonder if anyone else has had this happen?

That's really a good idea - kinda pay when you have the extra money!! I like that as the last 3 or 4 months they always seem to grab their money when I can least afford it and always at different times of the month too.
HelgaGPataki - you may want to print out your paypal payments and your ebay online statement and compare - just to be sure they match. And by the way I think if you make a payment after the invoice is received - it won't show until the next statement but I could be wrong as ebay seems to have their own set of rules

I received an email this morning letting me know they adjusted my bill. They had me owing $700! My normal bill is under $200 or slightly above. I am going to pay the small balance today before they change their minds!
