I just got my red star the other day. The same day I received a neg. The neg is over a misunderstanding with the buyer. The buyer and I are going to work things out but he has already left me a neg. Can this be removed?

Oh so sorry Miss J ! Talk about a bad time to have a problem. Heres the link for mutual feedback withdrawal , theres also square trades but I think it cost 20.00 to have it removed ...hope these help and good luck !!
