I post auctions every day and I'm wondering how many people that will be watching the elections returns will even be on E-bay at all. I watch the returns but don't stay glued to the set. I am thinking about running them to end on that night anyway. Would you skip that night or business as usual?

I have tv in the same room as my PC so I will watch & ebay at same time. I plan on listing, but will save my better stuff for another night.

Why not, if people are buying they are prolly already watching or searching for something.

Ya never know!

Here is good reason why!

I will be glued to the TV that night, although with the expected fraud it is not likely to be decided for a while. However, becuase I only bid with eSnipe now it will make no difference in my eBay bids.

I believe this would not be a good night to end auctions. I know that I will be at the polls until at least 9 PM as an election clerk, ( voted by absentee ballot). It is going to be a hectic day. We have 2 local offices that are very tight, plus several propositions that are very contentious. Ity is obvious that CA will go Democratic, neither candidate has been out here for months. Our US Senator, our congressman & Kerry wil win out here.

There are prolly a lot of people that don't vote and could care less who the person is that fill the next 4 year term . Plus think about how sick of seeing election ads you are...hack ! Can't wait for it to be over.

Tuesday isn't a very good night to end an auction to start with, so I see no reason for this trend to continue.

Democrats support anyone but Kerry in 2004.
