I like it.
It is a great designer lamp, I have never seen one such as this with the great idea of an open square and yet still electric.
I like all Van Teal's Acrylic lamps they have great designs and unusal shapes.
You have a great looking lamp!

I have a pair of them, but sadly, only one has the shade. I emailed the company and I hope they'll give me some more information about them, such as the name.
I got them at a School fundraising sale, very late in the morning, 2 for $5.00 and I thought "what the heck...."

Great lamps! I wouldn't buy them because they go with nothing in my house, but I love them just the same. My living room is very eclectic, but leans towards oriental with a federal antique or two. My bedroom is filled mostly with antiques. If I could change it to more modern, I definitely would. I'm just not ready to part with the family heirlooms. My daughter will just have to wait!
Nice find!!!!!!

I think that they're very cool. I love lucite... my girlfriend have a bunch of it that we've collected over the years. I think that these will get a lot of interest on ebay. I wouldn't worry too much about the shades- you could probably find replacements yourself and if you don't, well the price was definitely right. What a find!

I think you have a real find!!! Forget Antique lamps - go for the Mid Century stuff every time.
Don't worry about the shades - winner will probably want to get their own anyway and they are too hard to ship unless shipped separate. If you have a matched pair that look OK - just use them in one photo and say shades not included. Or just show one with that shade. South Beach guy didn't show any and it didn't seem to hurt him.
Lucite in the title is a must - IMO
You should do fine with these. Good luck and don't let someone steal them.
