What the h*ll is going on with it? I was billed twice Sept, once on the 28th and 30th to the tune of $700. I listed very few items in August and Sept. When email me my charges they never match the website. I need to speak to a live person on this one. Is their a number to call?

My eBay billing has been weird too but...
I've been paying a little bit as I go. When I get a payment for something, I usually just make that payment towards my eBay bill for now.
Last month my bill was almost $70 but eBay ended up only charging my account $6.00. I did the Live Help thing and they told me that I had made enough "small" payments over that time that all I owed by the time they processed the inoice was the $6.00. I didn't realize they did that because I had read other people getting double charged.
So this month my bill was $102 and I've made almost $80 worth of payments. I hope to have that $102 payed down by the time the charges roll around so I dont have to worry about it.

I pay mine every Friday,haven't had a problem. I list a lot more than I use to and can't afford a big monthly bill so I pay weekly and it doesn't seem so bad.
