I saw a fleece jacket I just had to have but the seller didn't have it in my size. I wrote to them and asked them if they had it in my size. They told me to visit their website.
I went to the site and they had my size. I placed the order. At the time of the sale I didn't write down their confirmation number.
The money was taken out as a pending sale. A couple of weeks later I was wondering where my item was.
I checked my account and the sale was never put through so the money was put back.
I wrote to the seller and asked what happened to my order and if I could still order the jacket.
I didn't hear back from them.
Today there is a box on my front door. There was the jacket that I never paid for.
They even sent a receipt saying it was paid for.
They are new on Ebay and probably new to on-line sales. Well, I am off to write them another email.

When there is a pending payment does the seller have to accept it before it says completed? If they do maybe they don't realize it. I would write them and ask them to check their PayPal account and see if there is a payment there. Maybe they just looked at their account and saw your payment but didn't see pending and sent your item. What you need to do is communicate with your seller and if they didn't receive your payment I would send it again.
