A buyer paid for an item after I filed a claim for non-payment. I tried to reverse it, but the link is not there. I don't know why. Payment was made 2 days after I closed the claim to get my fees back.

From E-bay website

"If you want to remove an Unpaid Item strike for a buyer, take the following steps:

Open the relevant Unpaid Item dispute by going to My eBay and clicking on the Unpaid Item Disputes link.

On the "View Dispute" page, click the link "Cancel the Unpaid Item strike for this dispute."

You will then be asked to confirm that you want to remove the Unpaid Item strike.
The buyer will receive an email confirming that the strike has been removed. "
