Think ebay expects that the election will cut down the number of listings on Nov.1&2 so they are offering these listing upgrades for 1 cent on those days. Subtitle , Gift Dervice and designer. Personally I think they could be a bit more generous and at least offer 1 cent gallery. I personally see no inducement.
