The Two-Day 1¢ Sale begins Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and ends at 23:59:59 PT on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to November 2, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period (November 2-3, 2004) will be eligible for the promotional rate.
During the Two-Day 1¢ Sale:
For auction-style, Fixed Price, eBay Motors non-vehicles, and Real Estate Ad Format listings, the fee for Subtitle, Gift Services and Listing Designer will be $0.01 each. This promotion will not apply for eBay Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings.
All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Border, Buy It Now, Highlight, Gallery, Gallery Featured, Featured Plus!, Bold, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 2, 2004, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period (November 2-3, 2004) but scheduled to start after the promotion ends on November 3, 2004.

Woopee ding. Want to talk about a worthless promotion. Subtitle isn't worth even a penny. Gift services. Ya right and listing designer. If you don't have you auction already designed, you probably aren't selling much anyway.
