Looking for you guys feedback. I give sellersw 7-8 days after auction close to pay. If not I file NPB. No payment in 7 more days they get the non-paying bidder strike. My average auction is $12-15. I think 14 days is plenty of time.

Sounds about right to me...7-10 days to pay,unless they make contact and ask for a longer time...I then file the non payer bidder alert and wait 7-10 days .Then file for listing fees. I've had 2 non paying bidders this year.So 14-20 days works ok for me.

If I haven't heard from the buyer after 3-5 days, I send a duplicate EOA headed "second notice from Ebay seller; please respond." After a week, I file for contact information only (not NPB). When the 10 days are up, I send an "Oops, did you forget to pay" message. I guess I'm more patient--but it's paid off in happy buyers. I haven't had an NPB in a very long time.
