I was offered a finders fee if I can find a buyer for a set of 3 Mexican franchise restaurants in my town. Taco Del Mar...kind of like Taco Bell only tastier.
I don't have any experience in this area.
I was looking at the real estate section of ebay and it looks like I could either run it as an auction for $150 plus $100 for the reserve. Or I could run it as an ad for 30 days for $150 or 90 days for $300.00.
If I threw this in my store for a set price would the listing still be just $.03? Chances of it getting the kind of exposure it needs in the store would be iffy though....I'm thinking.

Unless you're a licensed real estate broker in your state, you'll have a tough time collecting any referral fee. My state(WI) has laws that only protect licensed RE people.
