I just had a buyer send a Bidpay payment, and it came through in 3 amounts. She said that she was only allowed to put up to 4 auctions on each invoice. Has anyone else heard this? If that is correct, it means that buyers will be paying a lot more fees.

Amber, I had that happen with a regular bidder who always uses BidPay. He purchased a nice quanity from my eBay store a month ago, and emailed me to explain why he was sending two money orders instead of one. I don't recall that the total # of transactions he said BidPay allowed him, but I do recall they limited him on the # of transactions per payment.
edited to add: It must be something new they have started, because in the past he has had multiple transactions as well, and has sent one payment...

What was the DOLLAR amount??
7."Does BidPay accept orders for multiple purchases to the same seller?
Yes. For purchases to the same auction seller, if the total combined amount of all the items including the seller's shipping charge is $1000.00 or less, you can use BidPay to have a single payment sent to the seller. Just be sure to enter all the item numbers and descriptions when prompted on the order form."

The total dollar amount was only around $50, but there were 9 items, so she had to send 3 money orders. I hope this is not Bidpay using a tactic to make money.
