I'm tired of andale counters, they never work anyway! Does anyone know how to put Vendio counters on my e-bay auctions and get rid of the andale counters? Thanks, Michael

If you list through Vendio, your big listing page, with all your auctions, shows the number of hits. I do this.

I used to fret that the counters weren't showing on the auction page, but then I decided it's in my best interests NOT to have a counter there, for all the would-be bidders to see. If an item has very few hits, a bidder might be able to bid more intelligently - and lower. It just seems to me that it would work on a bidder psychologically to see that I have a poor little pathetic item that's drawing very little interest. I may be wrong, though! (As I frequently have been in my long life.)

If you list through Vendio, you can go to your preferences page and select the type of counter you want, including an invisible counter as Roadsmith pointed out. If you don't list through Vendio, you can't use their counters. If you are hosting your pictures here, and listing directly on Ebay, you can attach counters from the Legacy side of Vendio.

I have been having the same problem with Andale- they make EBAY look bad since EBAY recommends them- I would not pay one penny for counter info- as long as EBAy is showing number of watchers I am sure they could show number of lookers as well if they chose to-
