I've been receiving emails for my favorite searches for several months now. All of a sudden, they do not have the images attached. Instead, it is the X within a box. I have checked my email settings and they look fine to receive HTML and images without problems. Any other suggestions to get this fixed properly?

If you have changed your firewall in any way it could be the reason. Many times, the firewalls don't "recognize" things as being safe to open, unless they are specifically "told" it's ok. Check yours out, you may need to add eBay into your "allowable" list.
If your problem or questions get technical, don't look at me! I'm not too savvy about this stuff, but I have had this come up on mine in the past. A family member fixed them on my computer for me; I don't know exactly how. Just check your firewall menu for "troubleshooting" or such.
with Ralphie, &, TMALSS, we both haven't the slightest clue what yer talking about...
