I really should stop cleaning. I'm finding the darnest things around here. We have no clue where these came from. I found an old Northwest Orient knife and a old Franklin Ice Cream spoon. Those I can ID.
This is aluminum and marked Germany on the back. Is it a gravy ladel? I think it might be old, but I can't be sure. I've never seen it before and neither has Ken.
I also don't know what this is. I thought it might be a butter knife, but it's shaped differently than the ones I have in my silver chest. It's marked Norstaal 8 Norway and Bernaddtte on the back. I have no clue who SAS is (and of course, neither does Ken).
I sure would like to know how to use these things. I'm not quite sure what the heck to do with them. I also found an OLD hand egg beater and flour sifter. Ken thinks they've been in this ancient house since before he bought it.
Thanks.
Cheryl

Depending on the size of the first one it could be the gravy ladle as you suggested or a sauce ladle that would be served in a smaller bowl or 'boat'. Louise

HI The SAS piece is probably a cheese or butter spreader... but... I have had wonderful luck selling page turners this past year(several very active collectors) so I would mention that keyword somewhere in the description.
