My auctions closed tonight with almost no bids, and when I checked, the pictures are missing again, this really is getting to be too much.

I agree - we pay way too much for this service to keep having these hiccups. My pictures have been in and out all night. AND NOT ONE WORD ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD!!! This is frustrating.

The entire site was down for several minutes. Looks like they are partly up now. I have auctions starting to close in 5 minutes with no pictures. Good timing, Vendio.

I am so angry! I have 600 FP ending tomorrow and NO PICS and east coast is off to bed soon!!! I expect a refund of my ebay listing fees if this lasts much longer!

I used to tout Vendio as very reliable - not any more. It may be time to look for another service provider....OOOOOOOOOH I AM SO MAD!!!!!

I think we all need to demand a refund, and compensation for lost eBay fees, and lost income on auctions with no bids. I had auctions closing tonight with no pictures, several watchers, but who is going to bid on auctions with no pictures. What are we paying for here!!!!

Exactly and in typical Vendio "Osatrich with head in the sand" fashion they don't even have the decency to put up an announcement about it!! If truth be told, I wonder if Vendio has the ablility to handle peak volume times!??? If not, FLD is going to be a BIG MESS!

Does anyone know of another provider that can import 5,000 listings and a gazillion images?

Ditto here! I just had an auction close that had a lot of hits & I expected more action at the end. But no photos! Vendio - we want refunds! Also, the gallery doesn't work.

I agree - they better reimburse something for this glitch. I just lost a big sale because there were no pictures in my auction.

AGAIN, NOT ONE WORD FROM THE POWERS THAT BE AT VENDIO!!

Yeah, I was having the same problems tonight off and on. Also had auctions end without bids, now I know why

We got an announcement:
As of 6:45 Pacific Time, we have noticed increased latency through the network we use to serve our images and web pages, causing some users to see some images intermittently. The network is recovering as we write this announcement, and we continue to work with our ISP to correct the difficulties they are experiencing. We will update you as we continue to monitor progress. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ANY INCONVENIENCE?? They have no idea! Not a bid since 645 pst...auctions are closing with the one bids they had before the outage and there have been no FP sales since either (and I was selling several/hour all day long)...ANY INCONVENIENCE???????

We've already been looking for a new service because the fees are so expensive with Vendio. I always thought you got what you paid for - no more! Tonight seals the deal.

Yep - I pay dearly and thinking more seriously about making the LEAP over to FROGLAND!

I am willing to pay for services rendered...but when I think of all the work-arounds I have to do because Vendio is so behind the times in technology and now unreliable in image hosting...coupled with Customer Service Reps who can only tell you to clear your cache and reboot no matter what the problem is....(I even got an email from Customer Service tonight telling me to do what I had I had already done (and told them so twice in post) to cure a problem with importing PayPal data on multiple item payments)..well it is time to look around.

Does anyone know if Marketworks has a good import feature?

I've used Inkfrog and the service worked okay. I also like Sellers Sourcebook for templates.

Believe me, on FLD everyone will be slow - it happens every year!

All auctions are closing as one bid wonders - I did get one FP sale - and what do you know - THAT listing had an image somehow!! None of the ones I have been clicking on do have images.

I think it is eBay that is having the problems. I went into a user ID that doesn't list through Vendio and their pictures are missing also.

Also notice where your user ID appears with the number of feedbacks then it should be your star and the ME page that is missing on the ones that I have been checking also. I went into the announcement board in eBay but it doesn't say anything only that they had maintenance on Dec 4.
