There are several features with the sales manager that I noticed aren't working correctly and I wanted to give a heads up.
First, Vendio isn't importing all of Paypal payments into the sales manager. I'm not referring to multiple sales by one customer either. Several individual sales have not been imported in and I have to manually check each and every payment because some are being imported and others aren't. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.
Next, Vendio isn't importing all feedback left into sales manager either. I've alerted Vendio of this problem and was told that the problem was with Ebay and that they would need to do some work on it. In the meantime, I would need to check feedback through Ebay to see if it has been left for me.
And lastly, the tracking feature isn't working properly either. If you do a second chance offer, and then wish to track it through Vendio, you can't (at least until they fix it).
I wanted to alert you all if you use the sales manager to its fullest like I do. A couple of times over the past few days, I have been made to look very unprofessional because these features aren't working correctly. On one instance, I filed NPB on a customer who already paid through Paypal. On another instance, I had a customer wonder why I didn't leave her feedback because she had left it for me already.
I have notified Vendio of these problems, but wanted to give a heads up.

THANKS!! I too FULLY utilize Vendio on all 4 of my selling entities. I have noticed that paypayments aren't getting posted. We have had to cross reference all payments, which is a pain and soooo time consuming.

Thanks for the heads up, I was starting to think I had gone into "geriatric" mode. My customers think I'm nuts as I have been emailing them constantly to get things straight.
My orders are late because of the volumn I was doing and the PayPal not updating. Now some of my customers are telling me they already left feedback.
I too have wasted hours on processing my orders . I finally just stopped yesterday to let things catch up and get the closed auctions in the archive. I had planned to continue auctions thru Christmas but this is just one big mess.
Vendio Management is great when it works but there are sure a lot of bugs in it this year.

Thanks, I noticed the Paypal payments not showing up a couple of days ago. It is a pain to try and co-ordinate all the sales and payments. This is the time of the year you want everything to be going smoothly. I have also had several customers tell me their shopping cart is not working again when they use their Mastercard (seems ok on Visa). They get an error message and have to re-enter all of the information.

For the last couple of days, my WBN's haven't gone out and I can't send them manually. I have also had customers tell me they can't get the checkout to work.
This is just great. I have the flu and feel awful. Now I have this mess. I'm so far behind I will never catch up. Feel to bad to concentrate on what to do about it. Does somebody want to come work my auctions for a few days?

My problem has been with shipping not being added for total order when I have several of one item and a buyer buys them all. They only get charged the shipping fee for one. This has happened on just a few orders and it is not a drastic amount. I was not going to email the buyer to pay more shipping for just a couple of dollars or less. I just ate the extra and will make it up in time on other sales.
My payments are showing up with no problem but I have noticed my WBN have been a little slow with the automated system.
