It's a nice feature, & I use it all the time
I try to keep a ratio of 1:4, LISTINGS to STORE INVENTORY, and I like to rotate the items from my store into regular FIXED-PRICE listings to keep things "fresh"

So is there a way when relisting to put into Fixed price into a store. When I have been relisting, I have looked for a feature to put the failed auction into my store. So far, I have not seen this feature.

Someone posted about this on the ebay store discussion board - I think they are trying to boost listing numbers/fees for year end reporting. Sounds like a telemarketing campaign to me.

mamachia -- When you're "relisting" your unsuccessful auction, scroll down to the "type" of listing and change that from "Auction" to "Store Inventory" (or something of that nature).
It's been working just nicely when needed.
Hope this helps.
