Hi all! Newbie to Vendio. 2-1/2 years using eBay's SA Basic (ugh, ugh, and ugh). This is probably a really "dumb" question but right now, I'm signed up for Vendio's Variable Rate Power Plan. I have an eBay store and generally only run 20 or so auctions (although I anticipate that increasing with Vendio). Anyway, before I rack up a 'zillion bucks here...with this plan (Variable Rate Power Plan), are my eBay STORE listings also free...until I sell an item (and then the charge is $1.25 of the final value fee)? I've hunted all over the place and can't find a clear answer to this question.
Thanks so much.

Mary-I dont have a store, but from what I remember I THINK its a $10.00 basic fee for the store per month, and then a percent of what you sell out if it-Im sure somebody will come in shortly and correct me if Im wrong.

Hi! Thanks for your quick reply. I know what eBay charges for a store. I've had my eBay store about 2 years now. (And yes, it's a flat fee of around $10.) I'm inquiring about the item listing fees. I currently pay 3-cents per listing (which includes a gallery photo) per month via Seller's Assistant. I need to know how much Vendio charges for eBay store listings. The Vendio plan I've signed up for (Variable Rate Power Plan) says, "No listing fees!" Does this also apply to eBay store listings? In other words, I pay the 1.25% final value fee only on the items that I sell....whether they're an auction or a store listing?
Thanks again!
-Mary

The Vendio store is the free one. Y

Your ebay store is billed on your ebay bill - $10/month basic + .02 listing +.01 gallery if you have one. Ebay will charge the regular FVF and Vendio will also charge 1.25% FVF. There are no listing fees for Vendio under the Variable Power Plan for store or auction listings (you pay $29.95 and list as much as you want - pay 1.25% FVF on all sales). Unless you have 300 or more items listed/month, there may be another Vendio plan that is better suited for you (that plan is recommended for 300+ listings with sales price average under $30)

Yowzah! Well that's sure not going to work. I have 400-500 listings per month with most items in my eBay store. Guess I'll have to do more investigation re: whether this is going to work for me or not. Thank you!

Maybe you misunderstood me - if you have 400 items, then that is the probably the right plan for you. I run about 4,000 ebay store listings and use that Vendio plan. I pay ebay $130 for the store and the only amount I pay Vendio in addition to the basic $29.95 is the FVF when items sell. Sales of $5,000 cost roughly $100 in Vendio fees.

Yep...I misunderstand you! I "went away" after your first reply...did more calculating and thought well duh, Mary! I LOVE the large photos and all the template choices here. I've *hated* Seller's Assistant for a reeeeeally long time and needed the new camera as a kick in the pants to get me to change listing services. Now....I have to see if I can import/switch all my current listings. I think I can do this.... BTW, I just signed up on Vendio yesterday so I appreciate you being gentle with me! Newbies can be such a PIA. LOL!
