Hey all,
Small problem here.
It used to be that all's you had to do to contact a winner of a specific auction was to click on "contact buyer" link next to their name on the auction page.
Well, it seems that Ebay has done away with that usefull tool.
I checked out the entire auction page and no-where does it have a link to pop-up their email address so I can send them their invoice. Have I missed it?
What is this...we sellers can't even get the buyers email address now???
I like to send the winners invoice through my own email service and not through Ebay.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I contact the buyer by clicking on their email address on the end of auction email that I receive from eBay.

I do exactly what max does! I get the winner's zip code from the auction page, write it down in my records, then go to my e-mail and get the name and city from that EOA Ebay message, click on the winner's e-mail address and send my regular EOA message. I guess it sounds cumbersome what it isn't really, with only 20 - 35 auctions per week to take care of.

You have to sign in to eBay to get that link. I know, you are signed in, but somehow the system signs you out after a while even though it looks like you are signed in. Then it will give you the buyers email and Zip code. It took me a while to figure that out and then only with the help of the good people here.
