Darnit I KNOW I've printed a sticky customs form before and tonight I can't get it to print! Form 2976, I see where it's on a tab in the address, I filled it out, I clicked PRINT and it printed the postage out (again! - and you don't want to do that because there's no automatic refund on international!)
It printed the postage out but NO customs form.
It's the same as the green form but pre printed with Endicia. I know I've done it, Endicia says you can do it - so what am I doing wrong?

If you wish to print the customs forms also click the 'Customs Information' tab on the 'print' screen. Fill out all the required fields.
NOTE: You MUST have a 'Premium' account with Endicia to print customs forms for International mail.
NOTE: The 'Description' field MUST be at least 5 characters long.
The (CN22) short form is for items under $400 in declared value. The (CP72) form is for items over $400 in value.
Click 'Print'.
The customs form will print to paper. You will be asked to select the printer.

Are you paying $15/mo?

GlassGirl It's not just you. the same thing happend to me last week. I'm like What the H*ll. Yes Tom I pay $15 I entereed the description ORNAMENT-ROCKWELL yet postage came out and no form. I tried to do just the form after that but seems one can do the postage and no form but not just the form. I was hot had to take it to the PO to get a form then told I paid to much in postage (there scales actually weighed LESS than mine) Go figure! I didn't call endicia. No time had to get to the PO.

4.6.02
Found this out in Harry's Hints
http://www.endicia.com/harryhints.cfm
customs form
http://www.endicia.com/endicia-usa/hot/customforms.cfm
"REPRINTING THE CUSTOMS FORM
If, for any reason, you need to reprint the customs form for any printed international label, you can do that easily by visiting the Postage Log (Postage|Postage Log). Highlight the entry of interest and push the Print Record button. This will print an 8-1/2" x 11" image of the transaction detail with the customs form taking up the bottom half of the page."
Well THAT worked. Wonder why they don't have that under the FAQ. I heard about the Harry's Hint page while I was waiting for Endicia to answer the phone.

well NOW I have the newest version. It wouldn't let me buy any more postage until I upgraded.
AA - duh! Now I know what I did wrong. When you go to print, you'll get a Pop Up box that says "Do you want to print a receipt - this includes the customs form" or something close to that. I didn't read the whole thing, just to the receipt part and I clicked NO. Clicking YES gets you the customs form - or....as I described up above, you can print it from the Log.

It would be nice if this option were available for ALL Global Priority and not just those printed on the USPS labels.
Thought I'd found a cool new feature here, but alas, no.
Does anyone have a Dazzle layout that works with the Global Priority labels? Might save me one half of my stickers since I cannot print DC anyway.

If you screwup the customs form, you don't need to print more postage, you can turn off postage and print a new label.
I have done it a couple times when I forgot to switch it to the 2976-A form.
The customs for prints on the bottom of the postage record paper so you can re-print it as many times as you need to.
What I am waiting for is for them to get the new international shipping label with the customs on it approved by USPS. I used it a few times but quit because it is just another thing to sign.
