I vote for Frank Mathues. It looks like the line to cross the T is above the T & just touches the top of the H.

Thank you everyone ... Those names don't google very well at all LOL, so I probably have a piece of junk ... nice looking horse though, I thought.
I have couple other glass pieces I want to show, maybe max or some of you would know about.

I think that the little squiggle before the frank is an initial. and the line going out from the M or whatever that is - is supposed to cross the T artistically.
I wouldn't write it off yet - why else would it be signed so nicely?
Actually, it's kind of hard to read by the pic. Can you do a rubbing of it?
