A few weeks ago I had posted for a replacement to Endicia. After trying the Paypal route, USPS Clik-N-Ship, and Stamps.com.
Bottom line? Endicia beats them all in terms of versatility and convenience. If they could just add the pay for postage as you use it instead of the buy in blocks method, it would be perfect.
I suppose I will simply cancel my Endicia account for the down months instead of paying the fee when I'm not going to be using it and then just use the Post Office or Paypal methods.
I will ship internationally and so I need Global Priority postage which I cannot do via USPS.COM or Paypal. And Paypal won't let me do the Flat Rate boxes for Priority Mail or just print a flat amount of postage (if I could print $7.70 postage it would work too).
Oh well -- my final report. The $9.95 fee is worth it, especially this time of year. Add to it that I can design the label as I see fit (and thus get three sets to a sheet vs. two sets for the others) and it's a clear winner!

I love Endicia.
I used Stamps.com for a while but it wasn't versatile enough. There are so many features to Endicia, and ones I don't even use or know they are there yet!
I also wish you could buy the postage as needed but other than that ~ I'm all for it.
I can't imagine not having it or using it. I cant' remember the last time I went to the PO and had to stand in line to ship something!
