Would any of you with experience filing an insurance claim through DSI help a poor guy out?

It looks like I'll have my first-ever claim to file very soon. I just got word from a buyer of a figurine that arrived beheaded. They were very nice about it and apologized for the inconvenience of shipping it to them, etc. They didn't ask for a refund yet.

They even provided a nice photo of the pretty head next to the figurine. (sigh)

So, I'm asking for some guidance. Any and all input, questions, suggestions, ideas would be welcomed.

Kind regards,

Wayne
