I don't know about today but I had some trouble yesterday.

I tried to buy $10 worth of postage (as I do several times a week) and it declined my "credit card" (which is actually my bank debit card!). There was money in my checking account and everything. I tried FIVE times before I had to change my payment method to checking account (same difference!).

I haven't logged on today though, I don't usually print postage on Saturday since I don't usually go to the PO on Saturday.

It keeps telling me it can't print the postage because it is busy with another transaction and this happens with a shared account. I don't have a shared account! It says to call customer service which is CLOSED TODAY!

This is just great! I have packages that HAVE to go out today and Endicia has all my postage money, but won't let me print anything. Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!

Just tried it again....now it says:

"Postage printing is not available because your account is not active or cannot be verified."

I just checked my account online and it says it's active and my fees aren't even due yet.

I am getting the same error messages. I sent a couple of e-mails to techsupport and no response. Also, left them a voice mail. I just set up an account with Stamps.com to get me by for today. Hey, you get $25.00 free postage just for trying and there is no obligation. Who knows, I might like it better.

Marcn....Make sure you cancel BEFORE the 30 day free trial is up, or Stamps will charge you for that free month. It's only free if you don't decide to keep using them. I found this out the hard way.

Not only that, but if you cancel during a billing cycle, they will not prorate and give any type of partial refund. Their customer service is really bad. They lost a batch of my misprints (although I had a dc/sig on it) and said it was my tough luck.

According to the endicia site:

System Status:All systems are running normally
