My sister called to tell me that her favorite jewelry seller was NARU suddenly on the 16th (can't remember the name) and then I ran across another one: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=jewelrybyezra
Would ebay NARU such large and long standing contributors?

Doesn't it take the same 3 non paying bidder and final value fee refund to knock off the big ones as well as the small sellers? I don't know that is what happened but it is possible.

these are sellers ,not bidders.
They are naru'd for shill bidding or they have other ids which have been naru'd .

Or maybe their ebay fees billing had some problem... they are probably freakin' out with this being Christmas week.

Interesting feedback isn't it? If you look through all the buyers, it looks like lots and lots of the same users over and over again. Shill bidding certainly looks obvious here, unless they have tons of repeat customers - could be, but the bidding and feedback just looks odd to me.

We cant see the items as it is private, why??
but if she is like fluffy selling at one penny ,then her bidders could be bulk buyers.

I dout it's shill bidding. Most of those huge repeat buyers have feedback in the hundreds already, and why wouldn't they have been NARU's too?
I bet it's a billing issue.

1) High volume sellers in overpopulated catagories often use private auctions to keep the bottom feeders from contacting the underbidders.
2) Anyone who has been on ebay for more than a week knows that you only get one feedback point per member so why would multiple purchases in any way equate to shill bidding?
From the looks of the negs that have been left it seems that the problem may be that this seller has issues correlating their inventory with their listings and end up listing things they no longer have. I'd say someone needs better inventory tracking software.

Looks like they had 22403 auctions end in the last 30 day. THAT is a LOT of auctions.
Looks like they started their auctions at .99 not a penny but just about the same. Their shipping was reasonable and had decent items especially for the price. Here is the link to their auctions in the last 30 days.

I'll stick to my "billing issue" theory.
Can you IMAGINE what their eBay bill must be? That many auctions would have run over $6000 just in basic listing fees (assuming they ALL started at $0.99) not to mention any listing upgrades or FVF's.
Their bill may simply have been too much for their credit limit.
It would be nice if eBay put a "NARU since xxx month" so you could tell how long they had been like this.

It looks to me if you look at completed auctions that they got NARU'd in the afternoon on the 16th. The other seller was http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewListedItems&userid=saxdiamonds&sort=3&page=3&rows=200&since=7&rdir=0
They also were NARU'd about the same time on the 16th.

How could you write that many auctions in 30 days? Could you even sleep? They must have spent some time writing them and then launching them at a later date when they had the huge number. Probably thought Christmas sales would pay off. Can you imagine the nightmare of packaging and shipping that many items? Sounds like a nightmare to me. I agree with you replay.

the two may be related.
if one is naru'd,the other id is naru'd also.
may be the lesser one did something wrong like shill bidding on his own items as he has the more expensive ones.
WAKEUP,this is a wholesaler, thats how they can bring so many items to ebay at such a low price.
As for how can they upload so many items, easy, they use a program and keep their files somewhere, didnt fluufy do the same with ansdale or is it vendio??

I'm happy to see them go, my wife ordered some items from them last year and had nothing but trouble getting the items. She sent payment and never got item. They claimed they sent it never would provide a tracking number etc, then they claimed they didnt receive the payment. So we had to get a copy of the cancelled money order and showed where they cashed the money order. All this over a cheap piece. Had to call them over and over numberous emails then finally 4 months or so later got the item. If you can sell 1,000 of items a month then you should have the necessary tools to run the biz. I believe they were selling so much they didnt care about the customer if the customer didnt get item etc they didnt care. Bad bad seller.

This Rip off site is very good for when you have a problem and need to find out something about a company, if anyone had problems with that company they come in here and list what had happen, and by me searching in here I was able to find out the phone number of the Company that ripped me off.
I was told by the customer service dept. here at Rip off that if enough people make a complaint against a company that a lawyer might pick it up and make a class action suite against the company. Most people don't get there money back from a company that ripped them off.
