I wanted to see if any of you have used the time payment option? I see it is available for $199. or more but I have a customer who wants $150. on time payment until Jan.

time payment is arranged with GECC,so read all the details such as chargeback and item grossly not as described etc before you jump into it.
if paypal said 199,and your buyer wants 150,is he major shareholder of GE??
