Can you I please get some feedback from other sellers if the Ebay Gallery (@ .25) is worth the extra $$'s?

I use the Gallery feature on eBay. I feel more people view my auctions. I also am more likely to check out an auction with a Gallery photo.

Statistcally it makes little difference. Just another way for ebay to get into your pocket book.

In fact, I have been finding that many buyers bypass even looking at the auctions when a seller puts in a gallery picture because the picture isn't exactly what they had pictured in their mind. When they open an auction that didn't have a gallery picture, they actually read the auction and lately I can state seem to be more likely to bid.

" Ebay gallery...yes or no?"

I like it because it draws attention, especially when I post my naked pics there.

I use them all the time. To be honest, I never seriously considered not using them. When I'm looking for something, I think I subconsciously tend to ignore the auctions without a gallery photo. Not sure why.

I think it depends on the catgory you sell in. Most postcard sellers dont use gallery so I don't feel compelled to use it. I think some people may click on auctions WITHOUT the gallery to see what's what...personally, I don't like spending an extra 25 cents more to list when results are so mixed. I use the gallery every once in a while when I think it will make a difference..but i am not sure that it works.

Day one I realized the IMPORTANCE of the picture, and now 4 years later I know a picture says more than a thousand words as I know MOST read Nothing and buy......

Gallery for a Quarter? 100%, day one.

I use the gallery for two reasons.

First if someone is visually scanning it makes what they are looking for easier to find.

Secondly gallery view is the default view unless list view is clicked (or at least it is on my browser). I feel a lot of people don't even see the list view. By default I mean the gallery view is first in the list followed by auctions without a gallery picture.

I almost always use the gallery, just to get the thumbnail of my picture on that big list. I know it's an extra 25 cents but I think it's worth it.
