Haven't been selling much lately, nor have I been to the post office either. The other day I had to go in and wait in line. I noticed on the counter the had a couple PM boxes displayed that looked much sturdier than previous boxes. It also displayed a Flat-Rate claim on them. Did I miss something?

They have two new sizes of free boxes, flat-rate. I don't have the sizes in my head, but I know one is rectangular and flatter than the square ones that have been free (but not flat-rate). I forget what size the other is, but I think it's squarer.

Try going to the USPS website and see if you can get information there.

I love these new flat rate boxes. I have 6 ready to go out tomorrow with over 20 pounds in each and with ckick-n-ship the post office will be picking them up so I don't have to go stand in line.

Toolhound: 20 pounds in each box?! May I ask what you're shipping? I'm assuming it's tools or such. What a great bargain for you, to get that flat rate! Good for you.

They saved me a bunch on bubble wrap and peanuts. Now I just fill them with gravel and rocks

Yes 20 pounds in each box. I sell tools and most of the auctions from .10 cent day are lathe parts that are small but very heavy. I packaged over 50 of these flat rate boxes today with 5 to 25 pounds in each.
