I want to file a NPB, but can't figure out how to do it since Vendio changed the format. Damz, why do they have to screw something that worked? Oh, Hellz, I guess I am getting too old for this shityz.

Hi Sanmar,
You can still do the NPB in Vendio Post Sales Mgr. (besides My Ebay Page). It is no longer called "NPB". The new euphemism is "UPI" Click where it says start UPI & it will take you to eBay's UPI page. Proceed from there.

If you want to do it from Vendio, go to Post Sale:Unpaid Items. You can click on start next to the item or check off several and click on the little UPI box at the top.
You can also go into the post sale of the item where you click off the number boxes and send it from there.
