I'm searching on Ebay and when I put in one search, everything came up double. Like a seller had one item listed - it showed it twice. When I clicked on the seller's Other Listings, it showed they only had one of that item listed. I was going to email him and ask him about it when I opened a new page and put the search in again. When I did it a second time - it didn't.
Meanwhile, I ran across this nifty little way of listing:

It's called a "choice auction" and is against eBay rules. If you want to turn him in, he'll be gone pretty quickly.

I re-read the auction and I take it back, it's not a choice auction. It's keyword spamming.
If you enter something listed in this auction, it'll come up in the main eBay search, where he then redirects you to his eBay store for the individual item.
He'll still get his butt tossed pretty quickly. Or at least the auction will get pulled.
