I get so much JUNK MAIL; takes away from my EBAY time!

Anyone know how to look at email header source code info and tell where it came from?

Also, anyone know a really good program to kill junk mail?

Bet I get more junk mail than you, I have several websites with email that I've had forever. When I first started, I used to use lots of different email addresses for different aspects of my business, boy do I regret that. I've actually had to block as many different ones that I could, but usually they are all CC's so one gets through anyway. I use Eudora 6.2, the spam blocker is pretty good, but I still have to go through the junk folder (up to 500 messages a day) because 1 or 2 will be good messages. Guess I have just gotten fast at it, but you are right, it is a pain. I don't like any of the options like automatically blocking because good stuff will get blocked. Earthlink has an option that the sender has to identify themselves, but I don't have time to deal with that. I don't really think there is a solution yet, I wish there was.

I'm getting at least 150 spams a day in one e-mail account, none in the other (the second has numbers in it). About 40 spams a day get through the junk filter. I have my junk mail set to eliminate anything older than one day, and about twice a day I do a quick skim through to make sure I haven't overlooked a "real" message. I catch one every other day or so.

Some of the spams have so gross titles that I immediately put them in trash just to get them out of my sight. I'm very close to changing my e-mail address to add numbers, but the thought of all the notification I'd need to do is really daunting.

Is it true that the only difference between a yard sale and a trash pickup is how close to the road the stuff is placed?
