Someone sent me this link for Identity theft scams. I think most of us know not to click on email links, but it might help someone from getting caught. http://www.millersmiles.co.uk/

I'm getting sick of these imbecilles...if you're going to (try to) phish information, at least put some friggin effort into it.

"To safely and securely access the PayPal website or your account, open up a new web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape) and type in the PayPal URL (http://www.paypal.com/).

***PayPal will never ask you to enter your password in an email."***

They include a link in the email to update personal information.

These parties have in the past been involved with money laundering, illegal drugs, terrorism and various Federal Title 18 violations.

They left out purse snatching.

I think this one is at the top of the list. I received an email from "WaMu" This ia Washington Mutual a big name in Savings bank on west coast. It said that they were going suspend my account activities as of 2-3-05 if I didn't reply at once. Guess what? I don't have an account with them & have never had one.
