Should be a pretty good day if you don't sell sports related items. Lots of Superbowl widows out there looking for something to buy.

I'm trying someone's suggestion here. I'm starting about 10 auctions Sunday, for 3 days and will try to remember to revise them to 7 if there aren't any bids at least 12 hours before the end. This is a real experiment for me, to see how it goes.
My husband isn't one bit interested in football, and every year I have my own personal Super Bowl party in my living room. I get snacky treats, chips, dip, popcorn, all sorts of junk food, and just hunker down. Last Super Bowl party we were invited to was years ago, and it was a combination opera lovers and football shindig and No Fun At All, totally weird. We don't have family close enough to share the day with them, so Adele does her little mini-party. Then Adele tries to diet for two weeks after.

You have fun Roadsmith. At least your hubby won't be yelling and talking during the game like mine.
We go to a superbowl party as there are 7 of us that pick teams and the winner if they have picked that team gets a small amount of cash. Nothing big. My husband has the Patriots and Hank has the Eagles. My team got beat last week the Steelers. As long as the Packers aren't playing most of us won't be watching.

Ralphie is OBVIOUSLY a Patriots Fan, but I grew-up in Philly, so, I'm a (sometimes) Eagles Fan, plus Donovan McNabb is an SU Alum...
And JAX is already becoming zooey with traffic & reporters pooping all over the town's rep! Does it really STINK here? Only thing I've ever smelled (other than Ralphie's WMDs) is the Maxwell House Coffee Factory -- Yum!
