Classic. if he does not have his address up on ebay in his contact information, cant you report him for not having this all up to date.?. and ask them for it.

or dont you guys have a setup over there where you can go into the electoral roll and get it. if you have his phone no it will tell you what area he is in. at least a starting point.

Like they all said, enter it into Google in the form 202-456-1111

If it's unlisted, the reverse lookups won't find it. I've used Intelius.com and sometimes gotten good hits. Intelius is $7.95 per inquiry, though one lookup can return hundreds of results, i.e. Jones in Boston. You can also buy a 24 hour pass for 19.95 and find all your deadbeats at once.

If you know their street address go to keyhole.com then email them an aerial photo of their house -- that sometimes makes them feel a bit less anonymous
