hi there, I do not see this NEW FEATURE that ebay launched. I downloaded the latest version (beta) copy of TURBO but it doesn't seem to be there. Am I missing it or is eBay just not with it? : )

thelobby ... I just ran across a brand new auction a newbie friend of our put up last night, and I noticed she had 'Best Offer' feature ... so I just emailed her for you, asking her how she was able to place it with a 'Best Offer' ... she said:
"when u go to list it has to be fixed price.took me 4 ever to figure out ...........cant do it on auctions though"

yes, my point is that right now you can only do it while manually posting an item through ebay sell item form (fixed price).
But I don't see the feature in TURBO LISTER. I have my entire inventory in TL and want to be able to just add it for future listings.

Why on earth are you using that overpriced piece of crap option for? I guess you would like to kill your own items as well.
