Anybody familar with shipping from the UK? Can insurance be obtained for a small package?
The seller hasn't said how he's shipping but for once the shipping cost was included in the auction.
However, I emailed and asked about insurance but maybe I didn't phrase it right as they replied that "should anything happen to them in shipping, upon the receipt of the item back to them, they would replace it free of charge".
But I'd like some way of being able to track it along the way or insurance - just in case.

I deal with the U.K. on a weekly basis, and never had a problem without insurance-of course it depends how much the article is also.

I figured it out. Over there, they call it "extra compensation" instead of insurance. Once I requested extra compensation it was understood by them.
I just wanted to make sure I dotted all my T's and crossed all my I's...just in case.
