Hi everyone-friend has been paying for pro Assistant for the last 20 months but not using it at all. His previous selling assistant used the program. Anyone have any suggestion how and to whom to address an appeal for a refund. His ebay monthly bill averages apx $1500 and he's been too embarrassed to mention this monthly charge to me until now. Any help appreciated.

not sure if he can get a refund,but has he cancelled the service??

Go to MY EBAY>MY ACCOUNT>MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. You should be able to unsubscribe there( I'm assuming you are talking about Ebay's Seller's Assistant Pro).
