Ebay is having trouble with its Make an offer script on the my ebay page, or so my browser tell me. Could this be connected to the fact that I can't get the little drop down menu arrows to work. (The ones next to payment status or sell similar.) Any one else having these problems??? I have tried both IE and Firefox and neither one worked.
