Under "MY EBAY", these headings are offered with a 02/01/05 date; however, when clicking through or looking at general announcements, they are not posted. The below is a direct copy & past off my ebay. Promotion up to stock split day? 02/16?

I saw it and forgot about it. I don't like fixed price outside of my store and didn't have anything that I wanted a BIN on, ready. (Power Problems today and I couldn't even get online till late this afternoon. Stupid power company and their antique junk!)
