This free site sure comes in handy!
http://www.popsike.com/
"We are providing an archive of past auctions. Most of the records have been auctioned at ebay, certainly the largest auction house for rare vinyl records.
At popsike.com, you can check the final auction price that a certain record has brought. Although this might not be a true indication of the record's real value, it does show what collectors are paying for rare items.
Prices of rare original records from the 60ies and 70ies have risen dramatically in the last years.
There is no fixed price for a second-hand record, no matter how rare it is. The price of a rare record is purely determined by what people are prepared to pay for it."

I'm SO glad I had some time on my hands and decided to go back through several pages of old posts...This is one terrific site for any seller of records! I've noted it and won't sell a record anymore without checking it out. Thanks!

Thanks for the site info beatnikera!
I was amazed at the money people pay for the very things I have in the garage in boxes. I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of money that some of the ones I have sold for.
