You gotta love this one!

Just got an email from a customer wanting to see if I had recieved her returned item yet. Seems she decided she didn't want the item she purchased so she is sent it back. she wants to know when she can expect her refund. Interestingly, this is the first time I have heard about this refund. I'll have to talk to my post office tomorrow - I wonder if "Retun to Sender" works on international mail.

So - anyone want to take odds on how long it takes her to leave the neg?

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Is she aware of your policy concerning no refund on shipping charges and the 95% restocking fee?

Apparently not. I could have pointed that out to her had she emailed me first
