I love puzzles so I thought i would give EBAYS treasure hunt a try- The clues are so bizarre and far fetched that I can't understand how anyone has found the "treasure"-I noticed too that all of the clues are in obscure merchndise sections- since I never look at these items it gave me a chance to see the amount of "junk" that is posted and does not sell- so now I understand the EBAY desire to raise listing fees - that's the only way to make money on these things- there is no sell through so no FVF-

My observation is that the Treasure Hunt game is a waste of time.
The latest clue is "spin and win". For fun, I watch a counter for a Wheel of Fortune item. In less than 10 minutes, the counter went from about a dozen to to 1,050, and is still going up.

I noticed the same thing - the slow loading.
I think the clues are really obscure, too. "Truman Capote" and the listing was for a Holly something - as in Holly-Go-Lightly, the main character in "Breakfast at Tiffany's." You might think of Tiffany or Breakfast ...but a Holly something?

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?
