Here I sit, watching my auctions close and preparing for next week's listings. I watch this one auction of mine that is about to close with a bid. 30 seconds left to go. Click on refresh, the bid is gone and it is listed under my unsold items! What's up with that?
Edited to add that I looked again and it was also at the BOTTOM of my active auctions list below the newest listed. I think "my ebay" has gone the way of the garbage heap

Click on bid history. Scroll to the bottom of the page. It will give the reason for the bid cancellation. Either the bid was retracted by the bidder, or it was cancelled by Ebay. With only 30 seconds left to go and having it disappear, it sounds like sniping in reverse.

Let us know what you find out! A glitch like that (if it is a glitch and not a cancellation) needs to brought to ebay's attention!

I clicked on the auction and it does show that it closed with a bid (whew!) Went back to My Ebay and it still shows it still open and at the bottom of the list with a bid. Weird !
The auction that was supposed to end next, did end and I did get the EOA email but not on this weirded out one. Who do I contact at ebay?

I had a similar thing happen - My Ebay showed no current auctions, but they were there and running when I did "Search by Seller".
Next time I logged in to eBay, all was OK.
Always try a logout/login when things get weird.

The runing auctions and the my ebay pages are probally on seperate data bases that are out of sync, my guess.

I know this may sound harsh but why are you stressing so much about this. You have posted three times, dumped your cache and rebooted your computer all because for half an hour after an auction closes it is not filed in the right place? You know it closed, your know it closed successfully and you can find it to send an invoice so why all this stress and effort?
It's Sunday. Everything gets a little screwy on Sunday because of the volume and everyone knows it and for some reason they still get either pissy or panicky. Have you not learned let that it all ends up clearing itself out within an hour or so and in the meantime you have driven yourself crazy for no apparent reason.
If you desperately want to write a note to someone regarding this, you might seriously consider writing it to yourself. It should say Relax & Breath and should be taped to the top of your monitor.
